I am writing to introduce our company, Property Group LLC. My name is Sanjar Rustamov, I am the owner of a family business. We are an innovative and value—oriented investment company. Currently, Property Group LLC is based in the cities of Bukhara and Tashkent and strives to take a leading position in the investment market of Uzbekistan and beyond. The fields of activity of Property Group LLC include exploration trading, agricultural production, textile business, real estate, as well as the companies Property Industry LLC, Property Building LLC, Property Agro Logistics LLC, and we are proud to be one of the industry leaders in this field.

In order to expand our company, we decided to create a new exploration company called Field Group LLC, which owns several companies such as Field Chemical LLC, Field Building LLC, Field Trade LLC, etc.

The company was engaged in the construction of greenhouses, growing seedlings, testing the effectiveness of agricultural chemicals and research on seedling productivity. In this regard, the company "Property Group LLC" collaborated with Astrachem [Saudi Arabia], Syngenta [Switzerland], Bayer [Germany], FMC [USA], Dupont [France], Basf [Germany], etc.

The versatility of agricultural chemical production has led to the cooperation of LLC "Property Group" with the company "Astrach" [Saudi Arabia] in the production of pesticides, liquid and suspension fertilizers. 36 outlets were opened to expand the business to other areas.

In 2012, due to the increased demand for film from greenhouse owners, Property Group LLC decided to import it to Uzbekistan from Chinese, Turkish, Japanese and Italian manufacturers.

In 2014, Property Group LLC began manufacturing textile products to expand trade volumes. The members of the group of companies founded two textile factories.

In 2016, the owner of Property Group LLC, Sanjar Rustamov, met with the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, and got acquainted with the new project.


In 2020, in order to expand Property Group LLC, the owners decided to create a new research company called Field Group LLC, which includes several companies such as Field Chemical LLC, Field Construction LLC, Field Trade LLC, and others. Field Group LLC.
The company's functions are similar to Property Group LLC, except that the new company specializes in foreign trade and is controlled by the owners.
